GRADE "A" CASINGS DO NOT CONTAIN THE FOLLOWINGS:

3. MORE THAN 2 NAIL HOLES (NYLON CASING)

5. TREAD SKID
6. DEEP TREAD CUTS DUE TO SHARP ROCKS, GLASS, METAL, ETC. DAMAGING NYLON OR STEEL CORDS

GRADE "B"
GRADE "B" TIRE CASINGS MAY CONTAIN ANY OF THE LISTED CONDITIONS AS FOLLOWS:
@ 1. CASING WITH NO REMAINING TREAD
2. PREVIOUSLY REPAIRED NAIL HOLE INJURIES IN CROWN AREA ONLY
3. DEEP TREAD CUTS ACCEPTABLE BUT NO MORE THAN THE DIAMETER OF 10 YEN COIN BUT NO CUT WIRE AND NO MAJOR RUST
4. NO SECTION REPAIRES
5. MAXIMUM 4 NAIL HOLES BUT NOT GROUPED TOGETHER (NYLON CASINGS)
MAXIMUM 2 NAIL HOLES (RADIAL CASINGS) BUT NOT IN SAME AREA PENETRATING INJURY IS LESS THAN 6 M/M
6. MINOR DAMAGE (SPOT) ON SIDEWALL/SHOULDER (RUBBER ONLY) ARE ACCEPTABLE, BUT NO DAMAGE TO FABRIC OR STEEL CORDS THE SIZE OF SPOT LESS THAN 1 INCH BUT NO MORE THAN 2 SPOTS
7. BEAD DAMAGE TO RUBBER ONLY BUT NO MORE THAN 2 DAMAGES INJURY SIZE IS LESS THAN TWO FINGERS (2 INCH)
